Our Slack integration allows your employees to communicate directly with your AI workers. Our AI workers can listen to messages in Slack channels and reply to them automatically.

Enable the Slack integration
Link Slack from your workspace settings alongside your other integrations, or connect it directly from the Help Desk page.

Add channels to your AI worker
Open the Help Desk configuration, click "Add channel", search for the channel, and you're done. Every message posted there gets handled by your ai worker automatically.
