Our Slack integration allows your employees to communicate directly with your AI workers. Our AI workers can listen to messages in Slack channels and reply to them automatically.

Enable the Slack integration
Henry doesn’t assist with firewall changes. He executes them safely. Change requests approved, validated, executed, and logged - with policy enforcement and full audit capture.

Add channels to your AI worker
Go to the Helpdesk configuration screen and click the “Add channel” button, then search for a channel and click “Add”.
From now on, any message on the channel would be handled by ai.work and it will reply to it.
